Rimadesio code of ethics

Considering the new regulatory framework defined by Law Decree No. 231/2001, which defines the concept of Corporate Administrative Responsibility, the Board of Directors of Rimadesio has approved the Governance and Control Manual that contains the Ethical Code of Conduct and the Organisational Rules applied inside the company.
By adopting the Code of Conduct, Rimadesio confirms that its guiding principle for all activities performed is compliance with the law and with all regulations, both Italian and foreign, in a framework of integrity and fairness.
The Code defines ethical values that are common both to the company Rimadesio’s strategic decisions and to all its personnel in terms of individual responsibility.

2016, the highest record

An increase of 26% compared to 2015, a turnover which reached 42 million euro, the highest record for Rimadesio thanks to the expansion of the network of the showrooms both in Europe, in the Americas and Far East countries, the increase of employees and the investments into production. A widespread success confirming the company's international trend and ability to create a style, that emphasizes a refined and exclusive made in Italy, but also to create a language, that can perfectly fit in different contexts, both in classical as well as in contemporary spaces in order to consolidate its role as a point of reference for the furniture field, to meet the technological and stylistic challenges, based on quality and excellence, to continue to improve and grow.
